This is the GM timesheet for Gen Con Indy 2008.

If you are requesting either badge or hotel reimbursement, you must fill out this form and submit it to Gen Con LLC by September 17th, 2008. If you have already received a complimentary GM badge, you do not need to fill it out.

Remember, badge reimbursement requires 96 badge points and hotel reimbursement requires 32 work-hours. Hotel reimbursement further requires you to provide a copy of your hotel bill with your name printed on it by the hotel and only covers 1/4 of the cost for up to the 3 nights (or $50 a night, whichever is lower) by default. Companies are not eligible for hotel reimbursement, it is only offered to independent GMs and gaming groups.
