    Zombie Walk Kudos!

The Zombie walk  was a blast!  Cigarman and I would like to thank:

Kerryb from our sponsor, Twilight Creations, Inc. For hanging the flyer, coming out,  judging and providing wonderful prizes!

Cdnvanguard for putting on that hot heavy makeup and walking the dealers room and the "Ruckus" to drum up interest.

Kyle for stepping up to be the perfect "Ed"

To all the "undead" who came out and walked the walk!  Our shambling would not have been a success without you.

Looking forward to an even bigger goup and more fun next year!

I want to thank everyone I met, at the walk and after. I am really looking forward to next year and outdoing my very hot (especially after 4 hrs) hockey costume. Look forward to seeing you all, and let me know when the you tube videos are put up, and/or any more pictures

Does anyone have photos they can post? Didn't get a chance to take any. Too busy running (well, technically sauntering) for my life to take any.

Next year, any interest in an official GenCon event, and a world record zombie walk attempt?

i too would like to see some pictures of our little walk. and also i am in full support of making it an official event for next year. i know video was filmed bacause i walked next to the guy filming it. the fun part of being in the front is you dont know the extent of your participation untill the end.

Hey there Ed!  Welcome to the boards!  Still have not seen any footage but if everyone has been as busy as me post-con, they haven't had time for it quite yet!  Glad to hear you are still out there and that the zombies didn't get ya!

Yes, real life has been hectic since the con. Can't believe its been over a month already. I anxiously want to see how I look on film in my zombie garb, video just does way more justice then pictures.  Hopefully its up on youtube soon, If not, if anyone knows who was involved with the filming who I can contact, please let me know. I'll happily pay to get a copy sent up here in Canuckville.

     All the best

I thought the zombie walk was an official event.  It was listed as such.  Was it really not official?

I didn't get to go that day this time, but next time I will be there!  I'm sure if it could be official this time it has a chance of beating the world record.  Zombies are amazing.

I don't think we billed it anywhere as an offical event. Sorry if anyone got that impression.  We did have a great sponsor which may have given the impression it was offical.   We have high hopes that next year we will be offical and break that record!
