Bubba Ho-Tep:
So the week before is the drop dead date for the list then?
I'm not sure what you mean by drop dead date. The list that is put out about a week before event reg comes out will be as complete as possible. I'm sure there will be scraggler events that were submitted very late that won't be in that list; there may also be events that were returned for correction or something that weren't corrected in time either. In addition, I'm sure there will be some events submitted after event reg goes live even, that obviously therefore won't go into the system until after event reg starts; that always happens as well. So if you mean, is it possible that there will be changes/additions to the list after that date, yes I can virtually guarantee there will be.
If you mean is that the drop dead date for submitting events such that they will be on the list, no, that was March 31st. While some late submitted events may be accepted by Gen Con, and MAY make it on that event list before event reg starts, they certainly aren't guaranteed to be accepted, nor can someone expect late submitted events to be ready in time for event reg. March 31st was the drop dead date for that. Speaking for myself, for any SPA events submitted after the deadline, I'll do my best to get them ready in time for event reg, but if you missed the deadline, I can't guarantee those events will be on the list when event reg goes live; I have to review, correct if necessary, and place, all events that were submitted BEFORE the submission deadline before I even look at the late submitted events.
