    Video Games Live details

    Alright, I've entered the Video Games Live events into the registration system now (under the ENT category). Here are the details:

    Event description:

    Video Games Live™ is an internationally renowned video games concert featuring the best music and synchronized video clips from the most popular games, including Mario™, Zelda®, Halo®, Metal Gear Solid®, Warcraft®, Myst®, Kingdom Hearts®, Castlevania®, Medal of Honor™, Sonic™, Final Fantasy®, Tron, Tomb Raider®, Tom Clancy medley (Splinter Cell®, Ghost Recon™, Rainbow Six®), EverQuest® II and a special retro Classic Arcade Medley featuring more than 20+ games from Pong® to Donkey Kong.®   Hilbert Circle Theatre is a quick four-block walk from the Convention Center!

    You will be able to buy tickets through the Gen Con registration system and then the ISO will issue you one of their own tickets.

    You can find more information about Video Games Live itself on their web site. It's a really cool event that we had back in 2006 that got a lot of buzz. I wasn't able to actually go myself, but everyone who did had glowing praise for it. I'm hoping I'll be able to sneak by and check it out this time.

    Man, I would absolutely love to go see this, but with my final semester of school starting immediately after Gen Con this year, I'm going to have to save as much cash as I can for useless school stuff... like... books. :P That's not to say that I won't go buck wild in the dealer's hall like usual, but I just can't spend the EXTRA for this. Should be a great time though!

    We went to this concert when it was at GenCon a couple years back. It was totally awesome!! If you have never been to one, this is a definite "Must Go" event...it will blow your mind away! It was full of surprises and fantastic music.
