Ok, name one, and only one, (ok you can name two!) item(s) that you just HAVE to pick up this year at the dealer's room.

For me, it's an old oop board game.  Nothing specifiic, but a board game that you just can't usually fine elsewhere!  I.E.  I'd love to find a copy of Games Workshop's "Lost Patrol" mini game.  Very hard to find!!

I like to buy some new dice at every con I got to. Not entire sets, but maybe a new d20 or a few d10s that have a nice look to 'em.  Something meatier? How about a copy of CthulhuTech without printing errors.

A new stuffed Cthulhu for my daughter. She's insisting that we get Cthulhu Bluey (the plush I bought for her last year) a girlfriend.

Provided I can find them, I'd like to get a set of Formula De dice, since the used copy that I have of the game doesn't have all of the special dice.  HARD to find.

If I can't find those dice, and using your caveat of one purchase only, I'll be trying to pick up a new dice bag.  Something sturdy, since I seem to buy a new bag at Gen Con every year and it breaks within a month. Perhaps a chainmaille one this year? Les?

A copy of the boardgame Dune and the expansions. 

If they have them, I'd like to pick up one of the leather-bound, limited edition copies of the "Trail of Cthulhu" rulebook.

The old MEGS DC Heroes RPG. The core set, that is.

I know this is kind of cheating, but I'm looking for any (hence the cheating, since there may be more than one that catches my eye) sort of neat TCG / CCG that I can start collecting by buying in bulk and save myself the hassle of paying shipping online. 

Tannhauser: Operation Novgorod Expansion - if they are offering another limited figure with the purchase...otherwise I am happy to save money and order online.

Old stuff - pick up some 3.5 books that will hopefully be a bit cheaper with 4E coming out.

D&D 5.0.

Not interested in 4.0, 4.25, 4.5. I'd rather just skip ahead to D&D 5.0 right now and save myself all the $ I would have to spend rebuying all the books, AGAIN.

I haven't been introduced to my purchases yet. They seem to find me.
