The computer opponent plays Goblin Shaman. The text on Goblin Shaman says
"Goblin Shaman increases cost of all opponent's spells by 1."
Well, I'm the computer's opponent, so I expected my spells to cost one more. They don't. They cost the same amount.
So, does Goblin Shaman really cause the owning player's spells to cost one more? If so, the wording seems wrong.
