    GM email: Final Confirmations (GM badges, hotels)

    Another GM email - everything's coming together, so let me know if you still have loose ends.

    The show is just around the corner and all GM badge and hotel requests have been processed.

     

      GM Badges 

     

    I have processed all GM badge requests I have received to date. If you have not received a response confirming your badges were added, a confirmation email letting you know a GM badge is in your account or a response explaining a problem or issue with your request, then I probably haven’t received it.

     

     

    If you haven’t heard back from me – please touch base as soon as possible so we can get everything sorted out well before the show.

      

     

    Further, if you (or any of your GMs) needs a refund for your attendee badge because you now have a GM badge, it is too late to get a refund before the show. You still need to email me to let me know you will need a refund, but you must also drop off your attendee badge at GM HQ on Thursday. If you cannot do it on Thursday (because you won’t be arriving until Friday or you’re running a game all day or something) you must let me know.

     

      Refunds will not be issued if you do not drop of your attendee badge at GM HQ.   
     GM Hotel Rooms 

     

     

    All GM hotel requests have also been processed. If you have not received either a reservation confirmation from Passkey or an email directly from me letting you know about the status of your request, please contact me immediately. Any additional rooms will be extremely difficult to arrange at this point, but it’s better to find out there is a problem now than when you arrive on site.

     

        Final Confirmations 

     

     

    The program book has gone to print, floorplans have been approved, GM badges have been added, GM hotel rooms have been booked – everything should be taken care of at this point.

     

     

     

    If there are any loose ends or if you have not heard back on a special request or need, please follow up with me directly to make sure that everything is taken care of before the show.
