Well, I elected to pay the extra shipping cost for UPS and a guaranteed badge, and UPS has managed to lose my packet :( According to UPS they can't do anything to help me and I need to contact GenCon for"replacement product".
I have been trying to contact customer service to arrange to pick up a new badge and tickets at will call since last Thursday and I haven't gotten any response yet. I know all the posts say that Aleta is backed up with issues and to give her time, but the Con is only one week away at this point and I'm starting to worry. I'm sure that everyone will soon be packing up and leaving for Indy. Is there anything else I can do to get this resolved?
