    Quick Question About Auction Tags

Is it better to secure the auction tags with a rubber band or with tape? A rubberband gives people the flexibility of looking at what's underneat the paper a little easier than tape does, but the rubberband can break a lot easier to.

    Any preferences or suggestions?

Here's our web page on the subject:

Rubber bands are OK, as long as they are good, strong ones.  Tape the tag to the rubber band.

    Heya Auction God,

When are you turning off the switch for preregistration?  We have a little more room to pack games and are deciding if we want to register more.

You can take them to the auction room and register them there.

I saw several people doing precisely this at Origins.  It didn't seem too bad.

We'll have a few computers setup in the auction room where you can enter them.  We push the pre-reg because you don't have to waste valuable convention time typing!
