Ha ha I looooveee Sean Connery Smile I would gladly accept him as one of us. Dublin is rediculous today, I walked past my local pub at 1pm today and there was a cue of people going around the corner of the building trying to get in, but the bouncer wouldnt let them becasue they were full ! At 1 in the afternoon Surprise

Everyone is wearing Irish hats and green, thats nice to see Big Smile

Yep, all the bars and taverns are hopping here as well. But not at 1 P.M. Crazy Irish Wink

Though with the unseasonably warm weather, the patios are sure busy. And your right, so much green. Hats, skirts, shirts and all the rest. Good times!

Happy St. Pat's to you all as well, hope you had a good (and safe) one! I celebrated with my gaming group, the DM made corned beef, cabbage and soda bread, I brought some home brewed beer!

Yeah, I just started playing with these guys about a month and a half ago... they're the first group in the 7 years that I've been living in Florida that has actually felt like a good fit. Why's it so hard to find a good group?

Yeah, awesome guys all around. It's always nice to find people who you're on the same page with. Some of the gamers 'round these parts are a bit... odd. And not in that good gamer-way odd.

Walk through the card games area or the miniatures game area.

Anyone who spends $5000 on a deck of cards has to be classified as a hardcore gamer.

Oh yes, I have seen that sort of nerd rage before. Some of the really competetive gamers can get really worked up and frustrated about it.

But even I have fallen victim to a bit of that before Wink Its one reason I chose to no longer play competetively.

What you will find at Gencon is a lot of hyper-enthusiastic people who seriously love their hobby Big Smile
