8 Hours, 28 Events, 100% FREE 

OK redneck boys and girls, the KFG Wednesday Gaming Schedule 2007 is attached (look up about an inch).  Our goal was to provide a wide array of games for your enjoyment.  I'll update this thread as needed.

If you plan on attending, please read and adhere to the following:

Event Registration

Event Registration for these events will take place in the KFG area of the forums.  Official signup threads for each game have been posted in this section of the forums; registration is live for each event - you may have to go to the next page of threads to see all the offered events.  All registration threads for Wednesday events have been posted.  Due to space limitations in the back room of The Ram, please adhere to the player event limit.  All events are free and is open to anyone, regardless of whether or not you are a member of the KFG.

Also, we don't have some fancy, schmancy event registration system, so make sure you don't accidentally double-book yourself.

The Ram

The Ram is hosting KFG Wednesday Gaming at no cost again this year.  Without the support of The Ram, this event would not be possible.  As such, please patronize The Ram appropriately.  Translated - Buy Stuff.  I recommend the Mile High Mud Pie.  Eat, Drink, and be Marimacc Merry!

Also, please keep the events within the reserved back room.  If additional space is needed, please let BHT or me know and we'll figure something out.  The area immediately outside the back room is the main dining area, so we don't want folks taking up table already allocated to servers.

Players

Please be on time for your event.  Also, space will be at a premium, so please bring the bare minimum needed for your game.  Example, if you're playing some D&D minis, bring an army or two, not a footlocker.  Remember, you're playing a game in The Ram, not moving in!

DM's

Please make note of your event start time and end times.  We're all sharing a fairly small space, so please be prompt and considerate.  For those with 9:00 a.m. games, the Ram will actually be open at 8:00 a.m. this year for breakfast, so you'll have plenty of time to set up.  Nothing like some runny eggs to start Gencon.

If a DM wants BHT's or my cell phone number, send us a PM.

The Stink

The doors for The Stink will tentatively open at 5:00 p.m. this year.  The actual event is scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m.  Therefore, GM's with Wednesday afternoon games may want to end around 4:45 p.m. to give folks time to change clothes, check into hotels, etc. prior to making way to The Stink.

Additional Events

If you would like to run a two hour event from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., PM me as we have some extra space in the morning.

Restrooms

The Ram provides indoor toilet facilities.  For those with outhouses and no indoor plumbing experience, BHT will provide a small tutorial on indoor plumbing and toilet use at 8:45 a.m.  BYOSARC (Bring Your Own Sears And Roebuck Catalog).

I'm going to keep looking, but is BHT's Trouble @ Cragmore Caverns at the Stink? I tend to believe it is, which would explain why it's not here. I planned on playing Bloodbowl with Draven (and still do). I figured we could fit it in around 5&6 (allowing 2 hours) and still be able to make the Rolemaster game, but we'll have to work it in some other time. So if you have some empty blocks of time throughout the weekend, Draven, let me know. Same goes for anyone who wants to play Bloodbowl.

 I think BHT's game will start right after the Stink, but he'd have to confirm.  I don't think there are any official game events scheduled during the Stink.  Correct me if I'm wrong....

I have a request in to play your Dungeon of Doom from 9-1, and Noffham's Little Freedom from 1-5. Other than that, I didn't have anything planned, especially since it seems Bubba's Rolemaster is booked up. I will probably look to see what is available at the Stink, but would be willing to keep some time open. I registered to play in the Bloodbowl Tournament, so I could use the practice to remember the rules and nuances. I also have to look up the rule system they're using for the tourney and see what differences there are.

awesome.. I was just doing that for those who couldn't open the excel file.. yours is alot cooler - all I did to create mine was highlight everything in excel, hit copy, then paste it into the forum post.
