Insider advantage at the Hilton Downtown

My name is Marc, and I work for the audio visual department at the Hilton Indianapolis Downtown (120 West Market Street).

I am posting this because I work the week leading up to Gen Con, I have access to the hotel (with its permission), and I have access to TVs for some gaming. While I cant take copious liberties with these priveledges, I would be able to swing maybe a few nights where some of us can hang out and game.

     Any interest?

Let me know. See you all there.

Hey Marc.  That was incredibly cool of you.  I am admittedly surprised that a hotel has an audio-visual department.  Is that typical?  Do other hotels in downtown Indy have this?  If this can be done again next year, with a little more notice you might have a buncha takers.

This could be especially cool for those that want to sharpen their skills for the eGame Arena tournaments.

Yes it's normal. I have a friend who is the audio/visual manager at the downtown Indy Hyatt :)  They are the people who set up the mics, screens, make sure things are set for all the conferences and such. They actually are pretty busy.
