Also, as I do not believe it is physically possible for me to get to Indianapolis before 8pm Wednesday night, is there -any- way of getting items into the building -before- 9am on Thursday? Or even rentals of push cart thingies? ^_^

Trying to get there as early as possible, but thought I would check again if there is any way to get items into the building between...say... 7:30pm Wednesday and 9 am Thursday? ^_^..then again, chances are I will be en route before there is any responce, but one never knows, there might be a chance =)

Not exactly sure what you are asking, but the convention center is open 24 hours, so yes, you can get into the building.  In terms of getting things into the auction, you'll have to wait until they get there and open up. 

You could stand in line with them byn the auction store probably as early as 7am, I would guess would be the earliest you could get into the building.

On Thursday we have a staff meeting at 9:00 to about 9:45.  This is minor training and introducing "the bosses".  Then we open up everything at 10:00 am.

So either Wed before 6:00 pm or Thurs after 10:00am.  That said, we can help you unload stuff (we have an external door, carts, and people who lift heavy things).

I'm not sure why you need to get them in before 9:00 am on Thursday...but it doesn't sound possible given your arrival schedule.   Hopefully next year you'll get in before 6:00pm Wed?
