I know its late but I just wanted to thank customer service for all their help.  I ordered two tickets and had forgotten they were will call and then ordered two more to be shipped for the other people. They were able to get the order changed and have all four shipped. We had a great time with no problems. Everything arrived promptly.

The customer service people were awesome this year.  One in particular, his name is Mike.  He really went out of his way to help us with getting our son his infant badge, and really made us feel like our son's safety was paramount to all other safety issues.
