I'd personally go for one of the slightly wider ace bandages wraps.
Find the middle of the roll, and start at the middle of your bustline. Work one half up, and one half down to reasonably even out. If you're not very busty it shouldn't be much work.
To help mask, you may want to pad your ribcage some below your bust. By increasing it's dimension it creates less contrast with the bustline. Guys are more linear so it helps also trick the eye into seeing less curve.
You may also need to pad the shoulders in your costumess as guys are fuller in through the shoulders.
Guys carry weight in through the legs differently than women, so you may want to get a pair of control top hoisery to help smoothen out curvy hips.
