Well atleast there is some embellishment. That's mandatory. I thought. 
Sometimes I find it hard to differentiate between whats real and whats fantasy....

Cat would be easier. So much work to do the scales as the fish, and really not as huggable.

Well sorta. Human fish hybrid, though walking would be a bit tricky. Better to just be carried. On second thought, Nelly be a mermaid.
