Normally, only GMs who are part of a group or working for a company can get a GM badge ahead of time. The event organizer for that group or companies will fill out the GM badge request form and submit it to me. Independent GMs simply just buy an attendee badge and submit for reimbursement after the show...

Nope, not for earning badges. That process will work the same - the only change will be the deadline to submit a badge list that you want prepared on site - those will be due at the end of event registration (June 22nd). Anything submitted after that is not guaranteed to be ready right away on Wednesday...
