    Derek, If we ARE in a gaming group, have submitted our infor (2 weeks ago), but have yet to have the badges appear on our accounts, should we buy a badge and then get reimbursed? We would like to register for games on the 20th. Thanks, Hookman

    You can refer to the EO/GM page and the EHP for full details, but basically if you're an indepent GM (i.e. not part of a gaming group or company) then you'll want to buy a regular attendee badge.     I've gone through all the time sheets I received as well, so that means that if you are expecting a reimbursement for your badge and/or your hotel, then you should have received an email from me letting know that either you've gotten a refund or what additional information I need to process it for you...

    A GM badge and an attendee badge give you all the same things - the only difference is that a GM badge is free and you need to pick it up at GM HQ (if you requested it ahead of time). Once you get on-site, the only difference between the two is that one says "GAMEMASTER" on it
