  • Re: new blog post where I talk more about the GM time sheet changes

Pretty much any time on Wednesday is OK. We had games running almost the entire course of the day. There's no official cut-off point at midnight or anything. I can't say that something like that won't be put in place when we confirm space, etc. but I'm not planning on one currently. Either...

  • Re: GM Badges and Event Registration

You can refer to the EO/GM page and the EHP for full details, but basically if you're an indepent GM (i.e. not part of a gaming group or company) then you'll want to buy a regular attendee badge. On site, you will need to fill out your GM time sheet (and turn in your event tickets!) which you...

  • Re: GM Badges

Normally, only GMs who are part of a group or working for a company can get a GM badge ahead of time. The event organizer for that group or companies will fill out the GM badge request form and submit it to me. Independent GMs simply just buy an attendee badge and submit for reimbursement after the show...

  • Time sheets processed now as well

I've gone through all the time sheets I received as well, so that means that if you are expecting a reimbursement for your badge and/or your hotel, then you should have received an email from me letting know that either you've gotten a refund or what additional information I need to process it for you...

  • Re: Question RE: GM Badges

So how do I even know if I have a GMs badge? Will lit say it on the bade? Does it have a different color? I thought that would be something that would have happened automatically when I created an event, and wasn't prompted anything regarding a GMs badge. Now I'm getting the feeling that is not the case...

  • Re: Question RE: GM Badges

A GM badge and an attendee badge give you all the same things - the only difference is that a GM badge is free and you need to pick it up at GM HQ (if you requested it ahead of time). Once you get on-site, the only difference between the two is that one says "GAMEMASTER" on it
